Step 2 - Preparation and Confirmation of Job Description
Based on initial discussions
with you, if required we prepare a written job description that defines the scope and responsibilities of the position. Upon
your final approval, this written job description serves as the master recruiting guideline for our recruiting team. We then
develop a set of position and client specific interview questions so each candidate is objectively assessed utilizing the
Step 3 - Talent Identification, Initial Screening
We begin our extensive research, targeting organizations to headhunt potential
candidates from and reach out to our vast network of industry contacts. In addition, we leverage our existing proprietary
database of candidates, all of whom have been pre-qualified through previously conducted interviews with our recruiting team.
We then contact targeted candidates and evaluate their suitablity for the role, culture fit and assess their interest level
in the position.
Step 4 - In-Depth Phone Interviews
Our team conduct in-depth interviews with candidates who pass our initial screening to
assess the candidates' overall fit with the opportunity. We then present resumes and interview summaries to
you for review and discussion.
Step 5 - Interviews
We will schedule the Interviews with your management team and the candidates.
Step 6 - Final Feedback, Offer and Negotiations
is reviewed to determine next steps. Once a final candidate has been identified, we will handle the offer and negotiations.
Step 7 - Client/Candidate Follow up
Once the candidate begins employment with you, we will continue to maintain an open communication,
monitoring the candidate's progression and your satisfaction during the first 30-60-90-180 days of your new employee's
